We begin with something we or the people around us actually struggle with. Not market size, but whether we can see the faces of the people affected.

Never make users carry a burden or worry. Like free, ad-free, no sign-up: safety built into the mechanism itself.

We do not aim for completion on day one. We improve by listening to the people who use it.
