We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or necessary to protect life, health or property.

4. Children’s personal information

Tanepo, our service for children, requires no account and does not collect children’s personal information. Enquiries from parents and guardians are handled under this policy.

5. Security

We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss, leakage or alteration of personal information.

6. Contact form and analytics on this website

The contact form collects your name, email address, enquiry type, subject and message, which the operator of ARB LLC uses only to respond to your enquiry.

To improve the site we record pages viewed, the referring hostname and the date of the visit. IP addresses and URL query strings are not stored. A random identifier is stored only within this site to count visits from the same browser. It is not linked to identifying information and is not used for advertising. Raw data is deleted within 7 days as a rule; only daily aggregates are kept.

Information is kept while the service is provided and deleted after a set period once the contract ends. Data in backups is deleted when the backup retention period (up to about 3 months) expires.

7. Access, correction and suspension

When you request disclosure, correction or suspension of use of your personal information, we will verify your identity and respond promptly in accordance with the law.
