A wish to be useful to someone.
We are a small company, so roles are not neatly divided. You think up a service, build it, listen to the people using it, and make it better again. You will be part of all of it.
What we ask is that you can genuinely be glad when the person in front of you becomes a little happier. With that, we can grow the skills together.
